This terrific Traditional style home has 2988 total square feet of heated and unheated area. The 2- story floor plan includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bath. The 482-square-foot garage can accommodate 2 cars and is accessible to the main entrance, drop-zone entrance, storage, pantry, main kitchen, and access stairs.

A covered porch protects the residents from weather upon arrival to the main entrance door, which leads to the family room. A classical open arch doorway frames the main dining area together with the open floor  plan kitchen with breakfast nook. Adjacent to the main kitchen is the nearby walk-in pantry, storage space, and a powder room conveniently located for easy access and privacy.

Separate in-law or guest quarters, or a casita, is at the upper level, with a secure private entrance at the left rear ground floor, complete with all of the necessary living spaces – kitchen, one bedroom, full bathroom with walk-in closet. The other half of the upper level is for the main house’s bedrooms 2, 3, and master suite complete with full bathroom and walk-in closet.
