Copyright & Limited License Agreement

All floor plans, renderings and other published content on this site are the property of their respective copyright holders. TPC is a publishing company marketing a collaboration of the finest plans from trusted house designers and architects. These affiliated designers and architects have copyrighted their own works and retain all rights and responsibilities for their works per United States and International Copyright Laws.

Limited License of Use Agreement

Any construction plan purchased from TPC comes with a license for the construction of a single home only. Multiple uses are not permitted. Anyone found using plans for more than a single home construction is subject to copyright infringement laws and possible litigation for damages.

Limitations of Liability

Any use of the plans, or modifications of the plans, by purchasers, builders or others is done at your own risk. All construction plans ordered through TPC are provided "as-is" and TPC and the designer disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received from TPC prior to use thereof. In the event any liability is imposed on TPC, TPC's liability to you or any third party is limited to an amount not to exceed the price paid for TPC's product.

Returns or Refunds

There are no refunds or exchanges. All plans sold by TPC are provided “as is”. TPC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose.

Product Descriptions and Pricing

TPC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Important Information on Building Codes

All plans are designed to conform to local codes in the location for which the designer initially drew them at the time when they were initially created. Modifications to the plans and/or additional compliance requirements may be required by your local officials so that the plans meet the local code and regulations as adopted in the location where and at the time you plan to build.

All floor plans, renderings and other media advertised on our Web Site or other media forms are property of their respective designers, architects or artists. TPC is not liable for plan interpretation, or the structural integrity of buildings built from plans purchased at TPC. We provide home plans for construction purposes but do not oversee the construction and cannot verify that the structure is built to necessary standards. The plan purchaser is responsible to assure that the building meets or exceeds local codes and regulations. It is the responsibility of the plan purchaser to obtain any and all structural analysis, engineering and specifications that may be required in the municipality in which it is to be built. Plan purchaser is to verify all lot conditions and measurements before construction. Because local codes and regulations and even methods of construction vary across the nation and internationally, certain alternative planning may be necessary to adapt the plan to your area. For this reason heating, plumbing and electrical systems are not outlined in great detail on most plans. You should be able to meet with these subcontractors to select and plan the system that is most appropriate for your area. Some municipalities may require plan review by a licensed architect or structural engineer in your area. After a plan purchase from TPC, the purchaser is responsible for additional expenses incurred through meeting municipality requirements or other requirements for construction.

Disputes, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to our Web Site or to purchase products or services by TPC or through our TPC will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York in the jurisdiction of the principal place of business of TPC.
