House Plan Description
This is classic Georgian styles Colonial house plan. This plan has the option to convert to a Mother-in-Law suite on main level. The front stair case leads to the upper floor. The staircase off the kitchen leads to the partitioned garage on the lower level. The other rear staircase by the apartment leads to the unfinished basement.
