This Country Ranch home with Traditional styling has been designed with great care and attention to the needs of families. The house is vibrant in design, with multiple forward-facing gables, wood clapboard siding, brick accent wainscoting, and bright white trim, all giving it its curb appeal. This spectacular 1-story home's floor plan has 1699 square feet of heated and cooled living space on the main level, a 1644-square-foot unfinished basement, and an oversize 1056-square-foot 3-car garage that has an ample amount of storage and workshop space.

The covered front porch shows you to wide main entrance door that will usher into the Great Room, dining area, and main kitchen – and the connecting aisle to the private quarters. The family room is open to both the kitchen and dining area, which allows for an easy transition between rooms. The kitchen provides a large island making meal preparation easy and more enjoyable, and the corner walk-in pantry provides ample storage for supplies.

A small aisle on the left leads you to the master bedroom suite supported by an awesome full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet.  Opposite along the aisle are the other two spacious bedrooms, which share a full bathroom.

If you choose to finish the basement according to the suggested floor plan, you'll add three bedrooms, one with its own walk-in closet, and 2 full bathrooms – plus a family room and mechanical room.

Other features offered by the house include a roomy main-floor laundry room and ample storage space in the basement and garage.

Each plan set includes the following:

  • FLOOR PLAN: Showing all dimensions, window and door locations, laminated beams, columns, floor materials, ceiling heights, fireplace size, and specifications.
  • FLOOR FRAMING PLANS
  • ROOF PLAN: Dimensioned plan showing the elements that make up the roof, including notation of spacing and schematics of peaks and valleys.
  • ELECTRICAL LAYOUT: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc. NOTE – PLEASE VERIFY
  • FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
  • CROSS SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.

These items are NOT included:

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required.
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required.
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this.
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this.
