House Plan Description
Painted brick and an arched window define this 1,246 sq ft 3-bedroom Craftsman-tagged plan, a small house only 30 feet deep. The arched window sits in the center gable, and the living room behind it has a vaulted ceiling.
No garage attaches to the house. A small porch at the front door and a stoop at the back mark the two entries, one on each face of the house.
Past the living room, the kitchen wraps an L-shaped counter around a dining space that pushes out in a bay of windows at the rear....
