House Plan Description

This Luxury Cottage style home with a floor plan that is spacious and invigorating covers 4,851 square feet of living space with an unfinished basement foundation that you may finish in the future. Stepping up to the front of the house, you will really be awed by the sight of the rustic home, where its grand main entrance is framed by a dynamic roofing design. For use by design professionals. This file includes one copy of all CAD files for your house plan. This allows for more extensive plan modifications and enables the designer/architect to begin working from the existing file rather than redraw the plan. The cost for the CAD file offsets some of the labor costs a designer would charge if the plan were redrawn. Purchase of this CAD File constitutes a license to build a single house only.
