House Plan Description

This 1 story Farmhouse, Country style home exudes a grand elegance with its stand out height proportion for a single-story house. The good balance of brick and board-and-batten materials together with the nice variation of the roof gives it an outstanding curb appeal. The grand entrance front porch and the painted brick facade are just a few of the details that set the home apart. The house gives you a total heated area of 2,165 square feet.

This package includes a license to build a single house plus full construction drawings with the minimum number of sets needed to build your own home.

For use by design professionals. This file includes one copy of all CAD files for your house plan. This allows for more extensive plan modifications and enables the designer/architect to begin working from the existing file rather than redraw the plan. The cost for the CAD file offsets some of the labor costs a designer would charge if the plan were redrawn. Purchase of this CAD File constitutes a license to build a single house only.
