House Plan Description

This Traditional-style home invites you inside from the large front porch. Step inside through the French doors and into the foyer. Continue into the home and into the wonderful great room, which features 10-foot-high ceilings and a built-in fireplace. The open floor plan allows the Great Room to flow right into the kitchen, breakfast room, and dining rom.  The kitchen features ample counter space and a large island with a built-in eating bar. The breakfast room gives you access to the rear porch. From this area, you can enter a hallway that will lead you to the master bedroom suite.

Enter the suite through the beautiful master bedroom, which features a 10-foot-high ceiling and opens up to the large master bathroom. The bathroom features a great split design as well as his and her sinks, a jetted tub, and access to the walk-in closet.

Back in the kitchen, you have access to another hallway that leads to the main-floor laundry room, a half bathroom, the walk in pantry, and a private office. The hallway opens up to the two-car, side-entry garage, which has additional storage space.

Back in the great room, you can enter a hallway where you will find two bedrooms, split from the master suite. Each bedroom features a 9-foot-tall ceiling and reach-in closet.
