This Country style home has a rustic timber look that fits nicely on a wooded lot. It also features a wide footprint for a longer looking elevation. The house covers a total area of 4,749 square feet of finished and unfinished space under its roof with a 720-square-foot garage, 706 square feet of porch area, and 3323 square feet of finished living space that's fully heated and cooled. The 2-car garage is located at the front of the house with aside entrance, perfect for a corner lot.
Stepping up to the front of the house, you'll see a grand covered porch shading and protecting the entrance door that leads to the Great Room, with its nice and cozy fireplace, the kitchen, and the dining room, all in an open floor plan. The covered rear porch further enlarges the Great Room area and can be used during special occasions as overflow entertaining space in warmer weather. - ELECTRICAL LAYOUT: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc. NOTE – PLEASE VERIFY
- FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
- CROSS SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.
