This Farmhouse Country style home has 1862 square feet of heated and cooled living space with 990-square-foot basement for future development. It features a covered front porch area with turned columns and generous width, which could be an area for gathering on warm evenings. The combination of natural stone and wood gave this house its great curb appeal.
A covered entry porch fronts the house as you arrived and its main entrance door will usher you to the Great Room with a fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. The covered porch at the back further enhances the area of the dining room as it can serve as an overspill during festive occasions. There is also a wonderful deck at the back to further enjoy the fresh breeze outside

- ROOF PLAN: Dimensioned plan showing the elements that make up the roof, including notation of spacing and schematics of peaks and valleys.
- FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
- CROSS SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.Includes cabinet details and typical details.

- Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required.

- Electrical Layout (location of light fixtures, switches, and fans) - Although may be available for an additional charge.

- Energy calculations - handled locally when required.
