With 1826 living square feet, this traditional ranch with French details has such wonderful curb appeal. Inside, the well-designed floor plan boasts spacious living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and even an extra office/flex room. Just off the entry foyer is the door to the office/flex room (ideal for when a bit of privacy is desired). Straight ahead is the large and open great room with its corner fireplace and windows and door to the rear porch. Steps away is the open-concept kitchen with a large kitchen island with seating separating the great room from the working area of the kitchen. A walk-in pantry is just around the corner. Additionally, there is a mudroom with lockers and a closet between the kithchen and the attahed garage.
