House Plan Description

This two-story Craftsman bungalow has such wonderful curb appeal! With a relatively narrow width, it would fit in well in either a suburban or more urban neighborhood. The exterior details are impressive. Classic Craftsman pillars support the front porch and the side port-cochere. The sidelights on either side of the front door are attractive and provide additional light. The shed dormer completes the bungalow Craftsman look. 

Step in from the front porch inside to a foyer with space for coats and a staircase leading to the second floor. From the foyer, enter into a large open floor plan design. For use by design professionals. This file includes one copy of all CAD files for your house plan. This allows for more extensive plan modifications and enables the designer/architect to begin working from the existing file rather than redraw the plan. The cost for the CAD file offsets some of the labor costs a designer would charge if the plan were redrawn. Purchase of this CAD File constitutes a license to build a single house only.

This set allows you to review the home plan in detail and obtain bids. Stamped "Not for Construction." It is illegal for a builder to construct a house from plans stamped this way.
