House Plan Description
Garage placement defines this 1,196 sq ft 2-bedroom Country house plan. The 2-car garage turns its carriage-style doors to the side, so the street elevation shows board-and-batten siding and a standing-seam metal roof rather than overhead doors. A laundry room and mechanical closet sit between the garage and the living area. Groceries and muddy boots pass through that utility zone first, and garage noise stays out of the main room.
