This stunning Rustic Ranch style home will really capture your attention. It covers a total finished main area of 2,422 square feet with a 2,361-square-foot bonus unfinished daylight basement that, if you choose to finish it, adds 1,491 square feet of living space – two bedrooms and a bath, plus a family room and recreation room – with 870 square feet remaining as unfinished storage and mechanicals.

It showcases a 985-square-foot 3-car garage separated into a 2-car bay and a separate 1-car bay. Upon stepping into the front of the house, the ornate foyer ushers you to a grand entrance to the Great Room, dining area, and kitchen with an open plan and walk-in pantry.   • ROOF PLAN: Dimensioned plan showing the elements that make up the roof, including notation of spacing and schematics of peaks and valleys.
  • ELECTRICAL LAYOUT: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc. NOTE – PLEASE VERIFY
  • FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
  • TYPICAL WALL SECTION & DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. These details can be helpful for the contractor.
