Impeccable features are to your family’s advantage in this Craftsman style ranch. Shakes, brick, siding, rock, and stone mesh beautifully to give this home a fantasic and inviting curb appeal. Its luxury features, like a walk-in kitchen pantry and outdoor kitchen, are usually found only in homes much larger than the 1657 living square feet that this home offers. The front covered porch leads guests into the large Great Room with tray ceiling. The open floor plan layout allows the kitchen and dining area to be just steps away and gives the home an even bigger feel and great home traffic.

  • FOUNDATION PLAN: Dimensioned foundation plan detailing the location and size of footings and construction details.
  • FLOOR PLAN(S): Showing all dimensions, window and door locations, columns, floor materials, ceiling heights, fireplace size, and specifications.
  • EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of the house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
  • ROOF PLAN: Dimensioned bird's-eye view of the roof showing the elements that make up the roof, including notation of spacing and schematics of peaks and valleys.
  • ELECTRICAL PLAN: Displays lighting fixtures, outlets, and other necessary electrical items. These items may be shown on the floor plan(s). Switches are NOT shown and should be located by the contractor on site.
  • WALL SECTION(S): Detail of wall materials and assembly.
  • BUILDING SECTION(S): Section through the home displaying necessary information about framing and other miscellaneous data. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.
  • CABINET ELEVATIONS: Displays the interior kitchen cabinet views.

These items are NOT included:

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required.
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required.
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and ductwork) - your subcontractors handle this.
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this.
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required.
  • No Framing
