Even though only 1960 living square feet, this home has a rustic, country manor feel to it -- much larger than its actual size would suggest. The exterior catches your attention with its wood and stone, the covered porch with the timber columns, the dormer windows. Inside, The open floor plan creates a large, central space combining the great room and kitchen - the heart of the home. The fireplace, exposed timber beams, and wall of windows to the outside grilling porch create a grand yet warm, welcoming home. Form more formal occasions, there is the dining room with its sloped ceiling -- connected to the kitchen via the butler's pantry. For tranquil, al fresco dining, friends and family can head to the covered rear porch with an optional outdoor fireplace.  

Ideal for any growing family, this plan includes 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths in a split-bedroom layout configuration. Bedroom #2 and #3 both have walk-in closets and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The master suite includes a huge walk-in closet and a master bath with his-and-her sinks, a tub, and a separate shower.

Other features include a 2-car, side-entry garage not far from the kitchen, a main-level laundry room, and a kitchen island with a breakfast bar.
