The Plan Collection's Actions to Help Our Customers, Associates, and Communities Affected by COVID-19

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our communities, our customers, and our associates very seriously. Like you, we are closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In addition to those who are affected by the illness, many more are indirectly dealing with changes in their work, school, and community environments.

We wanted to share with you some of the ways The Plan Collection is supporting its customers, associates, and communities at this difficult time.

Caring for Our Associates

In light of our proximity to New York City and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we implemented social distancing on March 17th. Effective that day, our team members began operating a "work from home"  environment. We also halted all business travel. Fortunately, this has been a smooth and safe transition.

Serving Our Customers

We believe it is important for us to continue to serve the needs of our customers. Our associates have been and will continue to answer your phone calls and emails. Whether you too are in a "work from home" environment or not, we look forward to hearing from you!

Some of our designers and architect partners are under restrictions that limit the ability for them to print plan sets. Additionally, we are anticipating that there will be greater delays in shipments of printed plans in the coming days and weeks. As such, when possible, we would encourage you to purchase PDF File Sets or CAD Files as these can be emailed directly to you.

What we all are experiencing can create doubt uncertainty and even panic at times. We want to assure you that you can continue to rely on The Plan Collection. We are here to do what we can to help others get through this. As such, during this time, we will continue to post new house plans, blog content, and social media posts. So for those looking for a break, visit our website to just get your mind off current events even for a few short moments.

Supporting Our Community

We as a nation will get through this. This pandemic will eventually pass and we will move forward. Our hopes are that if we all work together now, we will see a brighter future on the other side that much sooner.

To do our part, we have begun contributing to our local hospitals to help support those first responders and health care workers who are on the front lines. From cash donations to providing meals, any small contribution makes a difference. We encourage everyone to do the same in their own communities.

For those who are unable to help directly in this crisis, we encourage you to do what you can to keep healthy and safe. For more information about what you can do, we encourage you to visit the Centers for Disease Control at cdc.gov. These simple actions alone will make a significant difference.
