Set on a narrow down-slope lot just 37 feet 6 inches wide, this 2,279 sq ft, 3-bedroom Craftsman plan builds down the hillside rather than across it. An 837 sq ft finished walkout basement sits below the main floor, opening at grade where the site falls away, with another 362 sq ft left unfinished for storage.
