House Plan Description

This gracious Southern traditional duplex plan has the appearance of a two-story single-family home. This package includes a license to build a single house plus full construction drawings with the minimum number of sets needed to build your own home.

Five printed sets and a digital PDF set of construction documents with a copyright release and a single license to build.
