At 1,754 sq ft, this 2-bedroom Modern lake house plan solves a problem most view-lot buyers face: how to get covered vehicle entry, split bedroom separation, and serious living space on a sloped site — without the footprint of a larger home. The porte cochere runs across the front elevation, sheltering the entry and anchoring the board-and-batten facade beneath a low-slope metal shed roof. No garage occupies the front face. The carport reads as a clean horizontal element that extends the roofline rather than interrupting it.
