If you're looking forward to entertaining family and friends in your home, then this luxurious Contemporary style home may be the perfect house for you! The floor plan is perfect for accommodating visitors and displays a spectacular standard of architecture. It covers a total heated and cooled area of 3743 square feet for the main and basement levels. 

Approaching the house, you'll be welcomed vt a cozy entry portico. And as you enter the house, you'll immediately feel the open space of the Great Room, with its 10-foot ceiling fireplace – perfect for entertaining. The corner kitchen boasts a large walk-in pantry, multiple cabinets, and an island with more cabinets and an eating bar. The dining area has sliding-door access to the covered deck at the back, which will serve as an overflow space for entertaining during warmer months. Both dining and kitchen areas also have 10-foot ceilings.

A step away is the master bedroom suite, specially designed with all the comforts the owners could ever wish for – a large bedroom with 10-foot tray ceiling, a luxurious 10-foot-high full bathroom with split vanities and convenient direct access to the laundry room, and a spacious walk-in closet. Just down the hall are two secondary bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet, and a shared full bathroom.

The basement is finished in this home with a secondary kitchen and has two additional bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Also,  a gathering area and a home office are provided on this level with a full bathroom for the owner’s convenience. You'll also find another laundry room here – this space is just perfect as an in-law suite or a place for overnight or longer visits from family and guests!

The house features two separate oversized garage: one is the 928-square-foot 3-car garage located in the right front of the house, and the other is a 1-car garage with extra storage space in the basement.

Other amenities provided by the house include the powder room, mudroom, and lots of closet and storage space.

Most plan sets include the following:

  • COVER SHEET: Features a front elevation of the home as well as informative reference sections for the plan set, including general notes, design criteria, abbreviations, and symbols used in the plan.
  • EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS: Scaled elevations of the front, rear, and side of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of the house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc.
  • FOUNDATION PLAN: Dimensioned plan detailing the location and size of footings, slabs, reinforcing steel, and other structural elements that are required to support the load of the upper floors.
  • MAIN LEVEL FLOOR PLAN: Showing all dimensions for ease of framing. Includes window and door locations, columns, floor materials, ceiling heights, fireplace size, and specifications. Exterior wall thickness may vary by the plan (e.g., 2x4, 4x6). If necessary, contact us to clarify the standard exterior wall thickness for the plan you are interested in.
  • SECOND LEVEL FLOOR PLAN (if any): Dimensioned and drafted to the same degree of detail as the main level floor plan.
  • ROOF LAYOUT: Aerial view of the roof showing the elements that make up the roof.
  • ELECTRICAL PLAN: Illustrated on a separate page for clarity, the electrical plan shows the suggested electrical layout for the main and upper (if any) level floor plans. Includes lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc.
    Note: Some plans do not include electrical plans; please contact us for specific details for this plan.
  • SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor. Typical wall and stair sections are provided to further explain the construction of these areas.
  • Plans are drafted to meet the Uniform Building Code or IRC (International Residential Code) at the time they are designed (contact us for more information). Because codes and requirements can change and may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, the designers cannot warrant compliance with any specific code or regulation. All plans can be adapted to your local building codes and requirements. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder of each plan to see that the structure is built in strict compliance with all governing municipal codes (city, county, state, and federal).

These items are NOT included:

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required.
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required.
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and ductwork) - your subcontractors handle this.
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this.
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required.
