A flat-roofed apartment sits over the attached garage at the front of this 1715 sq ft Modern plan, giving the two-bedroom layout a vertical, stacked organization rather than a side-by-side one. The shed roof and metal roofing carry the Modern character through, while rock and lap siding break up the front elevation.
