Garage Plan #100-1153 is one of the most stylish stand-alone garages we've ever seen. It has 3 car stalls, each offset for an interesting architectural appearance, and a very large, usable loft covering an extensive portion of the upper level.
The loft is not heated square footage. The loft square footage is 646 Sq. Ft. and the garage square footage is 1362 Sq.
