An old-fashioned, homespun flavor has been created using lattice work, horizontal, and vertical placement of wood siding, and full-length front and rear porches with turned wood columns and wood railings. The floor plan features an open living room, dining room, and kitchen. A bonus room sits on the upper level, but can be deleted by adding a second floor balcony overlooking the living room below and allowing the living room ceiling to rise two-full stories. Wood floors throughout the design add a final bit of country to the plan. This home is designed with a crawlspace foundation.
