1888 SQUARE FEET | 3 BEDROOMS | 2 FULL BATH | 1 HALF BATH |
1.5 FLOOR | 55' 0" WIDTH | 72' 0" DEPTH | 2 GARAGE BAY |
This striking Acadian house offers far more than its 1888 square feet would suggest. Even from the exterior, the home's graceful symmetry as seen through the dormers, the rooflines, the windows, and the columned front porch create a visually pleasing residence. Cross over the transom of the front double doors and into the great room with its 10-foot ceiling, fireplace, and built-ins. To establish greater spacious, the dining and kitchen areas are open to the great room. The kitchen itself is made more functional with an island and eat-at bar. Windows and access to the rear porch are through the dining area.
With a split-master bedroom layout, bedroom #2 and #3 are on the far left side of the plan and share a full bath. The master suite is on the other side and includes a master bath with separate his-and-her sink vanities, a shower, jet tub, and water closet. There is also a well-sized walk-in closet.
Completing the first floor, there is a flex space room that could double as a study or guest bedroom, a half-bath, and an attached two-car garage. If in need of more space, there is the option to have a finished bonus room above the garage.
Each plan set includes the following elements, but the presentation of these elements may vary depending on the size and complexity of the home and the style of the individual design:
