The sun's warmth is maximized in this energy efficient design, with north-facing windows kept to a minimum, while many south-facing windows collect sun and distribute the heat throughout the home. The Great Room features a fireplace, a partial vaulted ceiling and sun space access. The kitchen overlooks the dining area, which can be used for informal living or as a formal dining room. There are two bedrooms upstairs, plus a loft. The master bedroom offers a private dressing area with a vanity and separate access to the bathroom.
