Home Plan #M2675A

Slopes From Back to Front: Plans similar to home plan #M2675A are designed to accommodate a lot that slopes from back to front.

House Plan #DE056

Slopes From Front to Back: Plans similar to home plan #DE056 are designed to accommodate a lot that slopes from front to back. This requires a walkout basement or in other words a daylight basement. If the plan you like comes with a standard in-ground basement you can modify the plans locally to be a walkout basement. To do this they will just need to know the slope of your lot and where you want the home to be positioned on the lot.
