House Plan Description
This plan may have more under the hood than anything I have ever designed. Three car garage and its only 48 feet wide. I was able to get all three bedrooms upstairs and still leave room for the loft. I thought this would be the perfect study area, or hobby room for the family. It might even make a good library. The vaulted Living, Dining and Den added great drama and character to the formal zones of the House. I tried to think of everything in the Kitchen/Nook and Family room. I know this is where most people will spend the majority of their time. I opened the kitchen up to the family room and placed the nook between the two spaces. All three spaces open up to the back yard... I really feel like this plan has everything you might need. Three car garage fits on a narrow lot....Three bedrooms and a den in under 2000 sq. ft. Vaulted ceilings at den, living, and dining rooms. Bonus loft at upper floor. State of the Art Prairie styling.
