House Plan Description
This new Mediterranean home plan is a slight variation to our original Valencia House Plan. This floor plan is also a two story design, but the second story is off of the back of the house and features not only the bonus room and bath, but an extra bedroom also. Giving this house design a total of 4 bedrooms, plus the bonus room which shares the second floor private balcony to take maximum benefit of any kind of view you might have. Also, downstairs the new Valencia II home plan has squared off the family room making a very nice outdoor kitchen/sitting area with a nice ceiling design above on the lanai area. Great for those nights when you feel like dining al fresco. The walk in closet in the master suite has been enhanced, but this home plan still has that unique butlers pantry accessible from the dining room just like our original Valencia House plan.
