This Ranch-Country style home with Farmhouse characteristics has a warm, inviting ambiance that lives up to its pedigree. The varied asphalt-shingle-covered rooflines, front-facing center gable, and natural timber porch columns give the home an interesting character. The house has a heated-cooled area of 2677 square feet with 686-square-foot side-loading 2-car garage, whcih provides private access at the back of the kitchen area – very convenient for unloading newly bought grocery items.  

A welcoming covered porch welcomes you upon stepping up to the front of the house. The grand entrance door leads you to the foyer, family room, dining room, and kitchen, all in an open floor plan. A fireplace is located at the family room where the family and guests will enjoy the warmth and comfort the house provides. Within reach is the kitchen’s island counter, which acts as serving station and breakfast nook. The adjacent porch further enlarges the size of these living areas especially during festive occasions in warmer months. All of these living spaces blend in together well to provide residents with bonding time together in their home.

  • FOUNDATION PLAN: Dimensioned plan detailing the location and size of footings, slabs, reinforcing steel, and other structural elements that are required to support the load of the upper floors.
  • FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
  • CROSS SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.
