This attractive Ranch-style home plan would look great in any setting. Enter the house plan from the front porch, and step into the living room, which is central to the home and gives you access to all areas of the house. The living room features a wonderful 11-foot-high ceiling and a built-in fireplace. The open floor plan of the house plan allows the living room to seamlessly flow into the dining room and kitchen, which has plenty of counter space and a practical L-shape design. The home plan's kitchen features a large island with a built-in eating bar that overhangs into the living room. From the kitchen you can continue to the large rear porch.
On one side of the living room you will find a small hallway that leads you to two bedrooms, split from the master suite. Each bedroom features a 9-foot-high ceiling and reach-in closet.
