This Traditional-style house plan has a beautiful exterior that will look great in any setting. Step inside from the covered front porch, and you are immediately in the heart of this lovely home plan. The living room is spacious and flows seamlessly into the kitchen and formal dining room. This plan has wonderful 11-foot-high ceilings throughout the main living area of the floor plan. The kitchen features ample counter space as well as a peninsula with a built-in eating bar that overhangs into the living room. From the kitchen, you can enter the main-floor laundry room, which opens to the two-car, side-entry garage. The dining room has a door that leads to the rear of the house.
From the dining room, you have access to the wonderful master suite. Enter the suite through the master bedroom. The bedroom features 9-foot-tall ceilings and access to the large walk-in closet and the ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a soaking tub.
Back in the home plan's living room, you have access to a hallway that leads to a half bathroom and the three additional bedrooms, split from the master suite. All of these bedrooms have 9-foot-tall ceilings and reach-in closets. They share the house plan's second full bathroom, found in the hallway.
