This enchanting, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath, Acadian-style home is well-designed for a growing family but without breaking the budget. At just under 1900 living square feet, the design truly gets the most out of all that space. From the front stoop, enter into the foyer and then beyond into the spacious Great Room. The corner fireplace, box ceiling with a 10'-4" height, and a wall of windows as well as a French door leading out to the rear porch make the room ideal for either hanging out with family or entertaining friends. The kitchen is open to the Great Room with an island and an eating bar separating the cookspaces from the rest of the open floor plan. The dining area and a walk-in pantry are only steps away. A generous hall leads from the kitchen to the powder room, utility room, and the attached, 2-car garage. Lockers for the kids are located right inside from the garage.
