House Plan Description
The BeachBum is a classic Florida-Cracker beach residence. It features 3 bedrooms. The open kitchen and living have excellent views of the oceanfront, and a wood-burning fireplace. The living room ceiling is barrel-vaulted to match the exterior roof lines.The master bedroom also has a fireplace, waterfront views, and ocean deck access. The master bath has a large jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two extra bedrooms each have their own sun deck toward the secondary view from the house. An elevator provides access to the parking area below the residence.
