This rustic-styled, country cottage, reminiscent of the Texas Hill Country or South Carolinas Low Country, brings back memories of summers gone by -- and the opportunity for creating many more memories in the future (Plan #153-1649). The full-front porch, the roof pitch, the shed dormers, the chimney, the rear grilling porch... all make for a home not to be forgotten. 

Inside, while only 1400 square feet of living space, the 1.5-story open floor plan truly makes the most of it. From the front porch, enter into the great room with its vaulted ceiling open to above and right-at-home fireplace. A dining area is right next to the kitchen which boasts a large eating bar. The main floor bedroom looks out to the rear and has its own door to the grilling porch. A full bathroom completes the main level.
