The covered front porch of this Traditional-style house plan invites you inside. Step into the foyer of the home plan, and you have immediate access to a private study and the formal dining room. Continue into the home, and step into the elegant living room, which features 10-foot-high ceilings and a built-in fireplace. The living room has two sets of French doors that open up to the screened porch. This home plan has a great open floor plan, which allows the living room to seamlessly flow into the kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room. The living room also gives you access to a hallway that leads to the main-floor laundry room, mudroom, and the two-car, side entry garage.

The house plan's lovely kitchen features an L-shape with ample counter space and a large island with a built-in eating bar. The kitchen flows into breakfast nook. From this area, you can enter two bedrooms, split from the master suite. Each bedroom features a 9-foot-tall ceiling and walk-in closet. The bedrooms share a split bathroom in the hallway.
