The charming exterior of this Ranch-style home plan invites you inside. Step in from the covered front porch, into the foyer and continue into the living room of the house plan. The open floor plan of the house allows the living room to flow right into the kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room. This open area has lovely 11-foot-high ceilings. The living room features a built-in fireplace. The kitchen is a great L-shape and features a large island with a built-in eating bar. The breakfast nook has a door that leads to the rear covered porch.
From the home plan's kitchen, you have access to the main-floor laundry room and the two-car, side-entry garage. From the breakfast nook, you have access to a hallway that leads to two bedrooms, split from the master suite. Both bedrooms share a common bathroom in the hallway. One bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the other has a reach-in closet.
Back in the living room, you have access to the master suite. Step into a small entryway that leads to the roomy master bedroom. From the bedroom, you can continue into the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a split design as well as a soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet
