This Cottage-style home plan invites you in with its charming country exterior. Step in from the covered front porch into the spacious living room. This house plan has a wonderful open floor plan that allows the living room to flow right into the dining room and kitchen. This area has great 9-foot-tall ceilings. From the dining room, you have access to the rear porch. The kitchen is spacious with ample counter space and a great L-shape. From the living room, you have access to the two-car front-entry garage and a hallway that leads to the main-floor laundry and master suite. Step into the suite through the airy master bedroom. In the bedroom, you will find one walk-in closet; the other walk in closet has access from the master bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks and a soaking tub.
