M-1945 Here is proven floor plan with an exciting northwest contemporary look. This plan may have more under the hood than anything I have ever designed. Three-car garage and its only 48 feet wide. I was able to get all three bedrooms upstairs and still leave room for the loft. I thought this would be the perfect study area, or hobby room for the family. It might even make a good library. The vaulted Living, Dining and Den added great drama and character to the formal zones of the House. I tried to think of everything in the Kitchen/Nook and Family room. I know this is where most people will spend the majority of their time. I opened the kitchen up to the family room and placed the nook between the two spaces.
