My hat goes off to Frank Contino of PCL Construction in Portland Oregon. Frank was a participant in our Designers Showcase Of Homes when he came to me with an idea for a revision to one of our stock plans. This is the result!! This outstanding desgin was voted Best Of Show out of 12 entry's in The Designers Showcase Of Homes.. There is everything to like here from the rich detail of the Prairie exterior to the oversized bedrooms and the private Master Suite. We have since developed a smaller version of this plan that is also included in this CD Rom if this one is too big.
