House Plan Description
Country Home Plans CLS-1915 may only have 1961 square feet total living area, but it uses every inch to the fullest. There is also plenty of room to expand. The family room sports a two story ceiling and looks out onto a handsome covered rear porch with an outdoor hot tub. There is also a bow window study on one corner of the home and a bow window breakfast nook on the other. There is a total of 968 square feet of unfinished space upstairs that you can use for whatever you would like or need. These plans are totally adaptable!
