Home Plan AG-Bradford is a spacious house with a traditional floor plan. The main rooms enjoy tray, arched, and coffered ceilings. The kitchen is large and features plenty of storage. A separate butler's pantry adds to the kitchen. A secluded guest/in-law suite is secluded on the main floor. The third car bay could easily be finished to make a larger in-law suite. The other bedrooms, including the elaborate master suite, are upstairs. This offers privacy and convenience when entertaining. The upper floor laundry is close to the bedrooms.
