House Plan Description
Home EDG-4574 has a smart floor plan with an open layout. The main floor has a formal room near the entry for dining. The rest of the floor is open with very little dividing the gathering room from the kitchen and dining spaces. All bedrooms are private. The master is spacious and has a large master bath with a deep shower and walk-in closets. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. Special features include high ceilings, a large island in the kitchen, big laundry room, an extra space for a home office, nursery, or guest quarters, media room, and a very large bonus room above the garage.
