About five years ago I met Justin when he bought a house from me. He wanted to do some sweat equity on his home. He really wanted to paint his house. I really hate when people request to paint If you were to buy a really nice car, would you ask if you could paint it? Well, a house is worth a whole lot more than your car. I asked Justin what he did for a living? He told me that he was a computer programmer. I asked him to help Jake build a web-site for my construction company, and in return I would lower the price of his home.
