Make money on your home
  I know most of you are hoping that your existing home sells right as your new home is completed.  We have a lot of homeowners who build new homes that are selling their existing home.  This usually works out just fine.  However I feel like many people panic.  If you are able to qualify without selling your existing home, then take full advantage of it.  Once you start building ask your builder who a good appraiser is.  Try and get the highest appraisal possible.  Once you get the appraised value, ask $5-10 thousand more.  This will establish what you are asking.  If your home gets an offer, it will probably be $5-10 less than you were asking.  Take the offer and you did as well Read more
