In the house plan world some houses stand out more than others. Yes, it could
be because of the nice curb appeal or the fancy graphics. I feel the main difference
between the plans that attract you and the plans that don't are the renderings.
It is the conflict of "Color Renderings vs. B&W renderings". When
searching for a house plan, how often do you click on the house plans done in
black and white? For most people, not as often as you click on the color renderings.
While handling the sales here at The Plan Collection I have noticed that most
of the plans that people view and ultimately purchase are the homes with nice

Rear Elevations

Isn't it so much nicer to have more than one elevation to go off of before
purchasing a house plan. I personally think the decision is a lot easier when
I have at least one more view of the house. Here at The Plan Collection we would

The rear elevation is usually one of those main factors in the plan purchasing

Great Photos of a Great Plan

We just got some fresh pics from one of our favorite designers. The house shown is the NDG-844, a great solution for mainstream suburbia. The house is built with practically no modifications, which makes it nice for comparison with the plan. Check out the beautiful pictures below.
The great room is wide open with an eating bar at the kitchen. Though the plans won’t come with any decoration packages, the designer has a Design Plan in a Can for sale.
