MSAP-3467 and MSAP-2685

Nobody can design a Prairie Style floor plan like this designer. I thought that I would feature two of my favorite Prairie designs from his gallery. This first one, MSAP-3467 is a wonderful Prairie Style design that has character and charm accompanied by an efficient floor plan. This plan has a great amount of bonus square footage in the basement along with a great potential recreation room. All together, this a very formal and efficient floor plan. The home plan MSAP-2685 is a spectacular Prairie design. This is a trimmed down version of the designers all time best selling corner lot home. This is possibly the most dynamic exterior for a 2685 sq. foot plan that this designer has ever produced. Low pitched hip roofs with broad eaves give this home a sophisticated yet practical feel. The floor plan is richly embellished with four bedrooms and a den, to compliment the large family, kitchen, nook areas. This design fits on a small lot with its efficient footprint.
