In the house plan world some houses stand out more than others. Yes, it could
be because of the nice curb appeal or the fancy graphics. I feel the main difference
between the plans that attract you and the plans that don't are the renderings.
It is the conflict of "Color Renderings vs. B&W renderings". When
searching for a house plan, how often do you click on the house plans done in
black and white? For most people, not as often as you click on the color renderings.
While handling the sales here at The Plan Collection I have noticed that most
of the plans that people view and ultimately purchase are the homes with nice
color renderings. Are people not missing out on homes that could really suite
their needs? I know, it is always nicer to see the home how it COULD look when
done. I really feel that people are judging a book by the cover. We
just recently added a bunch of exquisite home plans. Of these 200 homes,
only about 25 have color renderings. Which ones do you think will get looked
at the most? I guarantee the color ones will have the most hits. Our vision
is naturally drawn to color. I just wanted to highly recommend checking out
all of the homes that suite your criteria.
