Over and over again we get asked can this house be modified. The short answer is yes most of the time. We understand that pre-drawn plans will not meet 100% of your needs. In fact, in the pre-drawn house plans industry, 90% of blueprints are modified. The process is not hard. We suggest you follow these easy steps.

- Each designs has a plan details page. On that page is a tab under the front elevation that states modify this plan.
- Click the tab and fill out the information to get a free estimate of the modifications costs. Please make sure you do not mispell your email address so we can reply to you.
