Renovating a Commercial Building to put a basketball court

I am looking to renovate a commercial property to put down a basketball court. Does anyone have any advice on how this can be done; and the first step they suggest doing. I don't need a lot of space just enough for 1 or 2 college size courts. Thanks

i guess the first step would be figuring out the court sizes which you can see here: http://www.betterbasketball.com/basketball-court-dimensions/ then determine how they will fit into your property and if you will have to make adjustments.
